Use the Care Team Chat to:

  • Stay connected with your team of nurses & caregivers that service a particular case
  • Efficiently swap or cover shifts directly with your team
  • Raise questions, comments, or provide feedback regarding the case
  • Send reminders for administrative tasks (plan of care documentation, prescription notes, etc)
  • Give recognition and share positive experiences that will help tackle client needs

or.. sometimes we just forget our keys on the counter. That's okay.
