What can I do in a Care Team Chat?

Directly communicate with the Care Team and encourage the team to stay actively engaged in order to better serve the client!

Suggestions to keep the engagement going:

  • Facilitate shift covers/swaps if there is an open shift or scheduling need
  • Send positive feedback and recognition
  • Provide reminders for administrative tasks (timesheets, plan of care documentation, etc)
  • Answer questions or provide feedback as they arise from the team
