Assigning yourself as the client service manager allows you to participate in the client's Care Team, easily filter for clients and schedules you need to focus on and receive the relevant notifications. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps of how to claim your client.
1. Select the "Clients" tab in the left-side menu panel and select "All" for Client Service Manager. Find the client you would like to be the case owner of and select this client.
2. Within the Client Details screen, select the pen icon to make updates to the client profile. Select your name in the "Case Owner" list and click "Update" at the bottom of the screen to save your change.
3. You are now the Client Service Manager for this client.
4. Use the Client Service Manager filter to see a list of your clients only (or other Client Service Managers).
