How do I add myself to a Care Team Chat?

In order to be added to a Care Team Chat, you must be the assigned Client Service Manager for that client.

 

Click here to learn more about how to assign yourself to a client. Once you've assigned yourself to a client, you will automatically be added to the Care Team. You can directly access the Care Team by going to the "Chat" section in the left panel.
