How do approve an employee for a shift?

You just received a notification on your phone of an employee wanting to cover an open shift. 

Here's how you can approve their shift application:

1. On the Dashboard, select the 'Pending Requests' button at the bottom of the screen.  This will show a list of all shift applications and swap requests.

2. Select a shift, and choose to approve the application from an employee    

3. You can also check the 'Scheduled' shifts tab to find the confirmed shift booking

Now your employees will have receive an automated message letting them know if they have been approved and are assigned to the shift.
