An Account Code is a unique identifier you can give to your employees to use when they register using the mobile app. It will automatically associate your employees with your company and the specific site where work, eliminating additional manual setup steps.
To obtain an Account Code, contact our Customer Success team on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you your Account Code right away.
If your organisation has multiple locations, you may want to request custom Account Codes based on your current siteIDs. That's no problem. We can do that for you. Just make a note of that in your message to our CS team and we'll help you through the process.
